In 2014 our founder wrote about a term she called "Sustainable Organisation Development". For her the focus was on creating sustainable long term success for organisations through people centred cultures. Ensure they were successful not just today, but in the long term future too.
In order to do this, it is not about creating one change after another, but instead focuses on cultural and purpose driven change that will benefit the client in the long term. It focuses on maintaining engagement throughout the change process, involving individuals from the organisation from the very start of the process and co-designing the future of their workplace. Sustainable OD is about creating organisations where leaders can be visionaries, role models and authentic. Building trust in order to tap into the expertise and knowledge of their workforce to create continuous improvement within the organisation. The approach transfers knowledge to the client and helps them develop the skills needed to create sustainable success.
